• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, or redistribution of purchased files.

Every listing is a digital product delivered as a download. Each product page states whether it carries a Standard licence (one commercial end product) or an Extended licence (unlimited end products). You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute source files as your own product.

All prices are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at the moment of payment is the price you pay. See our pricing page for details.

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials on our servers. An order is confirmed only after the gateway reports a successful payment; failed or pending payments do not create entitlement to a download.

Products are delivered electronically and immediately after payment confirmation. See the delivery policy for full details. No physical goods are shipped.

Refunds are governed by our cancellation and refund policy.

• Sellers must own or hold full rights to every file they list.
• Listings must accurately describe the contents of the download.
• Payouts are made after commission deduction, subject to the refund window closing.

• Uploading malware, pirated, or infringing material.
• Attempting to bypass download entitlement checks or licence terms.
• Reverse engineering or scraping the platform.

Products are provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at City, State.
