• Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in ID when used).
• Order data: products purchased, amounts in INR, order status, invoices and download history.
• Payment metadata: gateway payment/order reference IDs and status. We never receive or store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or netbanking credentials.
• Support data: messages you send through the contact form.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser information and basic usage logs needed for security and fraud prevention.

We do not sell personal data. We share the minimum necessary with: our payment gateway (to process your transaction), our cloud hosting and database provider (to run the service), our transactional email provider (to deliver order and account email), and authorities where legally required.

Account and order records are retained for as long as your account exists and thereafter for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law. Support messages are retained for up to 24 months.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access to the database is protected by row-level security policies, downloadable files are stored in a private bucket and served through short-lived signed links tied to your purchase, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for non-essential communication. Email digitalnest86@gmail.com and we will respond within 24–48 business hours. Deletion requests that conflict with statutory record keeping will be limited to data we are not required to retain.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and theme preference. We do not use them for cross-site advertising.
