Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.
• The order is marked paid and the purchased files are unlocked on your account.
• An order confirmation email with your order number is sent to your registered email address.
• You download the files from Account → Downloads at any time, on any device.

Delivery is immediate — typically within a few seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases where a gateway reports the payment asynchronously, access can take up to 30 minutes. There is no delivery charge, and delivery is available worldwide wherever the product licence permits.

Download links are generated on demand and are valid for a short period for security reasons; you can regenerate them any time from your account for the lifetime of your purchase. File updates released by the seller are made available to existing buyers at no extra cost.

Check your spam folder for the confirmation email, then sign in and open Account → Downloads. If the order still does not appear, email digitalnest86@gmail.com with your payment reference; we reply within 24–48 business hours. If we cannot deliver the product, we refund it in full under the refund policy.

We do not ship physical media, and we never ask for a postal address at checkout. Any message claiming a shipment from DigitalNest Market is not from us.
