• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery 📦.

• Eligible only for size issues, damaged, or defective products.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

🚫 Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind. We only offer exchanges for size issues or faulty items.

✅ How to Request an Exchange?

2. Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for exchange.

3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (available in select locations) or ask you to ship the product.

4. After verification, we’ll send you a replacement! 🚚

📍 Exchange is allowed only once per order.

🚫 No refunds are issued except in cases where:

• We cannot provide a replacement for a damaged/defective product.

✅ Prefer mild detergent for longer fabric life. 🧴

✅ Hand wash recommended, but machine wash on a gentle cycle works too. 🌀

🚫 Avoid: Bleach, harsh detergents, or fabric softeners! They can fade the design. ❌
